1. Returns
Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the horse float must be in its same Condition as Delivered , Please Take Picture of the Unsatisfactory Spot
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
- Provide your proof of purchase, along with any relevant documentation.
- Once your return request is approved which will be immediate, we will arrange a convenient time for the return.
Return Shipping Costs:
- We are responsible for the return shipping costs
Refund Conditions:
- Refunds will only be processed once the the Container is no satisfactory to the Buyer
- If the return is approved, we will process a full refund Unquestionable or with no Condition
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
